The smallest apartment in the house Renate is located 1st floor and extends over 2 floors. In the upper part is the cozy bedroom in the converted attic. It can be reached from the living room via a staircase to the converted attic. The living room in the lower part of the apartment is equipped with a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed with a lying area of approx. 1.60 x 2 m with a few simple steps. The two areas are not separated by a door.
The 50inch Smart TV with free Netflix access and the Google Homepod Smartspeaker ensure that you will not be bored even in bad weather. In addition, free wi-fi access is available. Also integrated into the living room is the small fully equipped fitted kitchen. From stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker to kettle, toaster and everything else the hobby cook needs, everything is available.
